Mijngezondheid.net
Via Mijngezondheid.net you can request an E-consultation from your GP practice witch a secured connection, make online appointments, consult or repeat your medication and view a summary of your medical file. If you are over 16 years old, you can activate an account when you click the following link: mijngezondheid.net.
It is not possible to create an account for children under the age of 16.

Our opening hours are: Monday till Friday from 8 am till 5 pm.
Making appointments and home visit request
You can make an appointment and request home visits by calling. Normally you will be booked for the same day if you call before 10 am. Due to the amount of incoming calls in the morning we kindly request you to keep the conversations short.
Appointments with the general practitioner are on the first floor, take a seat in the waiting room.
Appointments with the assistant and nurse practitioner are on the ground floor.

Medical results and information
For the results of medical tests and information you can call between
11:00-12:30 am or 13.30-17.00 am.
You are supposed to call us for medical test results.
To renew a prescription
Call the pharmacy between 9 am and 12 am (phone: 0900-4433222) or by internet: www.mijngezondheid.net
You can pick up the medication the next day at the pharmacy.
Practice assistants
The assistants run their own consultation hours for: first aid, blood pressure controls, cervical smear, treatment of warts, hearing test, travellers advice and vaccination. Appointments with the assistant are on the ground floor.
POH
In the Pionier there is a nurse practitioner (POH) employed. The POH is a certificated nurse, who treats medical target groups (like diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, the elderly and children). The treatment is always under supervision of your general practitioner.
